Christine Brown     CQSW. Dip Social Work (Sheffield)  
Company Director  

Christine has over 30 years experience in social work, having been a Children's Guardian for 14 years. Christine manages the Carter Brown Associates Supervised Contact Service as well as conducting expert assessments as an Independent Social worker with Cardiff University Bond Solon Expert Witness Accreditation

Christine has over 26 years in social work with 12 years as a Children's Guardian. She has been a Family Mediator for over 7 years and is also an expert in private law child & family assessments.

Kieran Darnell     BA (hons)  
Business Manager  

Kieran returned to Carter Brown Associates following completion of a degree course in Business Operations Analysis and Marketing. His previous roles have included Costings Co-Ordinator, Referrals Co-Ordinator and Marketing & Development Officer. Kieran has now taken up  the position of Business Manager.

Cheryl Musgrove        
Office Manager  

Cheryl joined Carter Brown Associates after many years experience in Solicitors' practices. Cheryl has completed her Level 3 Diploma in Law with the Institute of Legal Executives. Cheryl also holds NVQs in Management and Customer Care.

Recruitment & Marketing Officer   

Sally studied Music at the University of Nottingham, majoring in violin performance. More recently, Sally has worked in commerce holding a wide variety of varied roles in marketing, administration and accounts. Sally is now working at Carter Brown Associates in newly developed Marketing role

Deborah Hoult        
Referrals Co-ordinator  

Deborah is a Referrals Co-ordinator at Carter Brown. Deborah spent many years working at RELATE, has a wide variety of administrative and reception skills and is currently studying for a BA (hons) in Social Sciences with a specialism in Psychology from the Open University.

Amy joined Carter Brown Associates in August 2010. She has a degree in Psychology from the University of Northumbria and previously held the role of Administrative Assistant. She joined the Referrals team in October 2010.

Joe Ayiaryee     BSc  
Administrative Support  

Joe joined Carter Brown Associates in October 2010 and will be undertaking the position of Administrative Assistant. Joe has a degree in Business Information Systems from De Montfort University and has previous administrative experience in IT and Insurance industries.

Brodie Clarke        
Case Handler  

Brodie initially joined Carter Brown Associates in November 2010 as an apprentice and formerly undertook the role of Administrative Assistant until March 2012. Brodie is now a Case Handler. Brodie always finds time to offer her assistance to any member of staff and plays a key role in organising sessions for The Parenting Information Programme. She prepares appointments, supplies information to clients and liaises with the local courts on a regular basis.

Carole Richardson        
Case Handler  

Carole joined Carter Brown Associates in 2009 and is a valuable member of the Case Handling Team, she has many years experience in administration, working in many sectors including Estate Agency and Insurance.  Carole is currently working towards an EDI NVQ Level 3 in Business & Administration and has recently trained as a Contact Centre Supervisor.

Emma Bolland        
Case Handler  

Emma has previous experience as a legal secretary and prior to that worked as an administrator for Nottinghamshire Fire & Rescue. Emma spent a period of time in the British Army and gained an NVQ level 2 qualification in IT during her service. Emma’s hours are 1pm – 5pm Monday to Friday.

Laura Woodward        
Case Handler  

Laura originally joined Carter Brown Associates as an Administrative Assistant, before being promoted to Case Handler in August 2010. She has acquired 'A' Levels in English and Sociology along with 'AS' Levels in Business Studies and Law. She is currently studying for a degree in Psychology from the Open University. Laura has previous administrative experience in the property industry.

Lisa Crowther        
Quality Assurance Manager  

Lisa joined Carter Brown Associates in July 2006 and has since worked across all departments. Lisa took up the post of Quality Assurance Manager in July 2010 and is responsible for the proofreading service and quality control.

Matt Richardson     LLB (Hons) PgDip  
Quality Assurance Co-ordinator/Proof-Reader & Legal Advisor  

Matt is a law graduate from the University of Sheffield and completed the Legal Practice Course in 2009. He joined our Quality Assurance team in January 2010 and took on the additional role of legal advisor in July 2010.

Joseph Pickard     BA East Asian Studies & Japanese (Hons)  
Proofreading & Quality Assurance Coordinator  

Joseph rejoined Carter Brown Associates in July 2010 following a brief stint in Costings and is now part of the Quality Assurance Team. Joseph has prior experience in administrative duties within the public sector and the sports-leisure industry. Joseph graduated in 2008 from The University of Sheffield and specialised in Japanese language.

Proofreading and Quality Assurance Co-Ordinator  

Claire originally joined our Referrals team with 9 years experience as a primary school teacher. She has a BA in English and Education. Claire has returned from maternity leave on a part-time basis and is now part of the Quality Assurance Team.

Isobel Brown     BA (Hons)  
Finance & Human Resources Manager (Maternity Leave)  

Isobel has several years accounting experience in both industry and public practice and holds a BA (Honours) degree in Business Studies, as well as being an ACCA finalist. Isobel originally worked for Carter Brown between 2004 and 2005 in the admin and referrals department. Isobel is on Maternity Leave and will return in Autumn 2012.

Accounts Team Leader  

Sarah joined Carter Brown in 2009. She has nine years experience in varied roles across all functions of accounts. Sarah has recently undertaken the Finance & Human Resources Manager role in the absence of Isobel Brown.

Gareth is an experienced Accounts clerk who joined our Accounts department in September 2009. He has an AAT level 3 qualification and is currently studying for AAT at level 4.

Jodie Gosling        
Administrative Assistant  

Jodie joined Carter Brown Associates in 2007 and has completed an NVQ qualification in business administration through West Notts College. Jodie is now an Administrative Assistant and her hours are currently 9am - 2pm Monday to Friday.
