Much of our work is providing expert witnesses and assessment reports for the Courts, but as our pool of experts and our reputation has grown, we are now able to provide a variety of services tailored to requests.
We are able to provide a more holistic approach, drawing on the different disciplines and referring on to other specialist services if available.
We consider ourselves to be an approachable company, and the Directors are happy to share their knowledge and discuss suitability of the different experts to meet specific needs.
Whilst all our experts are very experienced in their field, we consider ongoing training of our expert witnesses to be important and encourage participation in the Certificate of Expert Witness Accreditation programme, which some of our associates have now obtained.

Our Process
Your first contact will be with our referrals department. After obtaining some details about the nature of the assessment required, a member of this department will be able to give you a choice of experts and their respective timescales. Once the case has been confirmed you will be assigned a case handler, who will be your single point of contact until the report is ready. Your case handler will ensure that all relevant documentation reaches the expert you have instructed, and will track the progress of each case. Whilst time management, such as the arrangement of appointments, is left to each individual expert, your case handler will check each case is on schedule. When the report is completed it is passed through our quality assurance process and sent to the lead solicitor for distribution to all parties, as appropriate.
Our aim is to make the process of instructing an expert as smooth as possible from referral to report. We aim to ensure deadlines are met to avoid any delay in the decision making process for children.
